TEP Services & Programs

How We Work

NOIWE® works with universities, schools, organizations, and institutions to address complex educational challenges through Transformative-Emancipatory Pedagogy (TEP)® — a research-based pedagogical system developed over 14 years across multiple countries and contexts.

Partners can come to NOIWE with a specific educational challenge. We design and deliver learning programmes using TEP as the pedagogical architecture, adapting content, activities, and learning processes to the context and intended outcomes. Areas may include human rights, diversity and inclusion, trauma-sensitive education, critical thinking, sustainability, social cohesion, and other complex or sensitive topics.

Our work can take different forms, from teaching engagements and faculty development to curriculum innovation, institutional pilots, strategic advisory, and longer-term partnerships. Across these formats, we combine contextual adaptation with a scientific approach to pedagogy, with the aim of developing learning models that can be evaluated, refined, replicated, and scaled.
